It's a tricky one and I don't know if I could confidently push for just one, but I'm going for function! I think it's a wonderful and inclusive premise that it matters less about how someone does a task or what it looks like, and more about having a go and just doing it - for independence, fitness, and having the chance to do activities alongside friends and family.
