If you had to pick and prioritise, what would be your favourite F word and why? What is the one that rules them all?
Im putting future forward as the best.

Ordinarily I would say Food but my vote goes for Fun! They're all good though

It's a tricky one and I don't know if I could confidently push for just one, but I'm going for function! I think it's a wonderful and inclusive premise that it matters less about how someone does a task or what it looks like, and more about having a go and just doing it - for independence, fitness, and having the chance to do activities alongside friends and family.

As Matt said, it is very tricky to choose just one F-word. However, I have to pick FUTURE because I think it captures all of the F-words and the importance of having balance between all areas of life in order to thrive now and in the future!

I think fun is the most important F word! When therapy is fun and motivating you can improve function and fitness! This leads to a better future and greater ability to participate with friends and family

Hard to go past future as my favourite F - word. With all the work I do, I'm always considering what all of it means and the future of the each client comes into my decision making.
